Monochive ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Monochive platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Account information — Name, email address, business name, ABN, phone number, and business address provided during registration and profile setup.
Payment information — Bank account details (BSB, account number, account name) provided by Photographers for invoice generation. Credit card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored by Monochive.
Content — Photographs, images, and associated metadata uploaded by Photographers.
Transaction data — Order details, invoice records, licence agreements, and download activity.
Usage data — Pages visited, actions taken, browser type, and IP address collected automatically during your use of the Platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes beyond Platform-related communications.
Images uploaded by Photographers are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3. Images are only accessible to the Photographer and authorised Clients via secure, time-limited presigned URLs. We do not use, analyse, or share uploaded images for any purpose other than providing the Platform services. Low-resolution previews and watermarked versions are generated solely for gallery display and image protection.
Credit card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Monochive does not receive, process, or store credit card numbers. Bank details provided by Photographers for invoice-based payments are stored securely and used solely for generating invoices and facilitating bank transfers.
We use a single session cookie to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or any form of cross-site tracking. No data is shared with analytics or advertising platforms.
